Anna Richards is undoubtedly one of New Zealand’s best known Dietitians. She has a background in hospital and community Dietetics and been in Private Practise since 1997.

Anna combines the passion for good nutrition with her passion for good food. Her years spent as a food writer and stylist enhances the flair and creativity Anna brings to food solutions. Whether the need is for good nutrition for healthy living, weight management, sports, medical issues or the specialist areas of Paediatrics, allergy, intolerance and gastrointestinal disorders, Anna will find manageable, achievable nutrition solutions.

Anna is well known for her specialist work in Allergy and Intolerance in both children and adults. She works closely with Auckland’s key Allergy Specialists to care for clients all over the country and is a member of a number of boards and medical panels both nationally and internationally.

Anna has specialist skills in paediatric nutrition and dietetics and a unique understanding of families and children’s nutrition issues. Anna is sought after as a presenter at seminars for medical professionals, corporate and community groups, writes for a number of publications and is frequently sought by the media.

Anna completed her undergraduate qualifications at Otago University and her post graduate Dietetic training at Christchurch Hospital.
